The RTS KP-3016 is a 16-key 4-way control panel, to be connected to an intercom matrix such as the ZEUS III LE+ or any other recent matrix from RTS. It is also compatible with OMNEO digital intercom technology.
A 1/4" screw-type jack with a gooseneck coupled to an internal loudspeaker, or a XLR5 male headset, allows user to choose the communication mode.
8 4-way keys are placed below each of the two displays, each displaying a resolution of 576 x 172 pixels.
Pressing up will activate listening to the channel of the key used, while pressing down allows you to talk to the channel of the key used. Pressing left or right decreases or increases the volume of the crosspoint.
The CWW (Call Wainting Window) function allows you to respond instantly to a caller who has not been assigned to the called box.
Channel assignment is managed by the matrix, via a computer controlling it using RTS AZEdit software.
It should be noted that future upgrades will add to the already substantial capabilities of this rack.
Desktop control panel also exists, the KP-4016, available on rental from DC Audiovisuel
