In a few words

Sonosax SX-S8 is a reference for desk mixers (it's not a portable field mixer!): faders are linear and it cannot be operated over the shoulder! On the same pattern as SX-S6, design is modular in a heavy and sturdy case which can hardly be distorted. On each channel, it provides parametric equalizer and limiter, continuously adjustable low cut filter, auxiliary output and insert/line input, 6 pre or post fader "Direct Out" outputs for split up recording, on/off or "mute" switch? All this as well as compact connectors (Bantam 4.4 mm), external battery pack, together with great sturdiness, has made Sonosax SX-S8 the favourite mixing desk of many production sound mixers on feature films.
