In a few words

Sonosax SX-S6 is a reference for desk mixers (it's not a portable field mixer!): faders are linear and it cannot be operated over the shoulder! Design is modular in a heavy and sturdy case which can hardly be distorted. It has many qualities: parametric equalizer and limiter per channel, continuously adjustable low cut filter, auxiliary output and insert/line input per channel, 6 "Direct Out" outputs, compact connectors (Bantam 4.4 mm), external battery pack and, most of all, great sturdiness. All this has made Sonosax SX-S6 the favourite mixing desk of many production sound mixers on feature films.

Tips & Hints

- The SX-S Sonosax has two fuses: one for the external power inside the mixer, the other for batteries supply, inside the compartment itself.
