In a few words

Two Sennheiser SK 5012, UHF multichannel miniature transmitters, are provided with the Sennheiser EM 3532 twin receiver. Sennheiser SK 5012 is much smaller-sized than its competitors: this can be an asset with whimsical actors or when clothing offers few hiding-places or when discreet placement is required like on TV sets or theatre. Thanks to new converters, power consumption has been reduced. Two LR03 1.5V batteries provide from 3 to 4 operating hours with 30 mW power, which is much lower than other models of this series or than competing devices: it has an effect on range which is quite lower. Besides, its bass response is rather dry, which makes it fitter for female voices than for male. Lastly, it is wired for direct powering of a T condenser mike. Each SK 5012 is supplied with a Sanken Cos-11 lavalier.

The Sennheiser EM 3532 twin receiver consists of two diversity receivers with 32 tunable channels and integrated scan functions in the same AC powered unit. It is of a great operating flexibility thanks to its menu setup, eventually remote controlled by PC computer. Rackable and delivered in flight case, it is especially indicated for TV sets or for theatres. The great cohesion of Sennheiser frequencies tables allows the use of multiple systems without risk of interference.
