In a few words16 mm Two Track Transfer + TC Track process, required for classic table-film-editing done along with virtual-sound-editing (Pro Tools, Pyramix, etc), consists in transferring, while listening, original dailies sound (¼"analog audio tape, DAT or Hard Drive) on 16 mm two-track perforated magnetic film, and in adding a new Time Code, continuous and increasing, laid down on a special track between perforations line and film edge. A two-track mirror DAT with the same Time Code is recorded in parallel; it will be used for conformation process once film editing is finished, using an editing decision list (EDL). However, 16 mm tape-speed and track-width being lower than in 35 mm, it is sometimes necessary to record Time Code on one of the two audio tracks. The remaining audio track is then the sum of the two original tracks. |

| Rental rates are displayed on a daily basis excluding of tax, excluding of insurance, unless customized terms and don't take into account flat rates. Digital audio workstation rental is only possible on a weekly basis. One week rate is four times a day and additional day rate is 1/5 week rate. Post-production and Services rates are per hour respectively divided by quarter and by half an hour. Sale prices are excluding vat. |
