In a few wordsThe Phonak Induction Loop Earphone is sensitive to the magnetic field generated by a flexible conducting loop, carried under clothing, slung across the shoulder like a holster. This loop connects to any headphones amplifier, like those of Comtek, Lectrosonics or other receivers, via a 3.5 mm minijack. The advantage of this system is that it does not require a dedicated transmitter and that it can be connected to any wireless receiver with powerful enough headphones output. |
