In a nutshell

"Permacel" P-743 (the brand name acquired by Nitto Denko) is a non-stretch tape of fine paper, matt black to prevent reflections, easily torn, whose glue, very thin and transparent, allows unsticking without tearing off the surface on which it was made (flooring, paint, wallpaper), without a trace (clothing, glass). The counterpart is that this adhesive does not allow any heavy load.
