In a few words

Cooper CS 104 is neither the most compact of all field mixers nor the one with the biggest autonomy. But, thanks to its Jensen input and output transformers, it is one of the warmer sounding and provides one of the larger dynamics range. It has firmly analog aesthetics and architecture, needle VU meter, large and well spaced out knobs... The units rented out by DC Audiovisuel are equipped with "AudioQuattro" module providing four balanced post fader direct outputs designed for connection to a four-track recorder (Deva, Stelladat, Nagra DII or similar).

Tips & Hints

- To change the main power fuse, first remove the batteries out of their compartment and unplug any external power supply.
Unscrew the 6 top screws of the top panel and slide it toward the rear.
