Use of the data
DC AUDIOVISUEL is committed not to transmit to the thirds any personal information saved on the website. In accordance with article 27 of "Data-processing and Freedoms Law" of January 6, 1978, forms required information are announced by an asterisk and a note clearly identified in red.
Other information for which the answer is optional is intended for the personal comfort of the user according to his needs for the advanced functionalities of the site.

Newsletter and discussion list
DC AUDIOVISUEL proposes to you for free his general newsletter and/or its specialized newsletters, after your effective inscription and your confirmation if necessary by electronic mail.
This electronic letter is likely to contain information making it possible to the visitors to better use our services or to propose the innovations and the previews of those, just as the topicality of our branch of industry.
In addition DC AUDIOVISUEL proposes a discussion group list reserved to its registered customers, whose general topics are the sound, sound equipment, sound production, sound technique but also all that relates to the cinematographic and audiovisual production. Only the subscribers can post on this list.

Anxious to ensure the data confidentiality which the visitor entrusts to him, DC AUDIOVISUEL certifies that those are stored on a protected server and that the passwords are ciphered. However, because of highly significant information absence, the data exchange between your computer and the server does not require to be secured by a protocol such as SSL.
In addition, DC AUDIOVISUEL does not collect any information concerning your navigation such as the computer keyboard keys which you type or the Internet websites that you visit or recipients of the electronic mails that you could have sent via this website.
On the other hand and in accordance with the declarations carried out by the CNIL, and in preparation for the future adoption of the law on the computer economy (LEN), the Apache server of this website preserves during three months the whole of the visitors logs, including your IP address and all the requests made by your navigator by our server.
