The Commercial Court of Nanterre has, at a run, decided the liquidation of Quinta Industries, company chaired by Tarak Ben Amar, appointing Technicolor to take over three of the five Quinta companies, namely Scanlab, Auditoriums de Joinville (thus Boulogne dubbing theatres), and SIS.
